What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations made closer to the appointment time may incur a partial fee to cover the reserved staff time, which we'll always explain clearly beforehand.
Are cleaning supplies and equipment included in the price?
