Important Clarifications Regarding Our Cloud Services

What do we mean by "available"?

The availability of our cloud infrastructure refers to access via the public internet. Maintenance windows, which we announce at least 48 hours in advance, as well as force majeure, are excluded from the availability guarantee. Please refer to the current Service Level Agreement of your contract for the exact percentages.

Who is responsible for data security?

We ensure the security of the platform, networks, and physical data centers. The encryption of transmitted data as well as access management at the application level are your responsibility. We recommend a joint review of security policies before commissioning.

What does "unlimited storage" mean?

The "unlimited storage" offer applies to the contractually defined type of use. Excluded are continuous loads such as streaming archives or backup mirroring that do not serve the primary business application. In the event of exceeding fair use, we reserve the right to throttle the volume or propose an adjusted model.

How do we define "support response time"?

The response time begins with the creation of a ticket via our customer portal. Telephone or email inquiries without a ticket number are not considered official support notifications. The response time refers to the first qualified feedback, not to the resolution of the problem.

Do our prices apply for the entire contract term?

The prices stated at the time of contract conclusion are guaranteed for the minimum term. After that, adjustments may be made, which we will notify you of in writing at least 90 days in advance. In the event of a price increase of more than ten percent, you have a special right of termination.
